    Masks are required at all times.

    Once you arrive at our clinic, we will check your temperature. You will then be guided to the washroom to wash your hands with soap and water.

    Our staff sanitizes all surfaces such as door handles, bells, beds, headrests, and counter space after each patient interaction.

  • As a new patient, once you have booked an appointment with us (online or via telephone), we will send you a link via email to fill out your new patient paperwork so that you can complete it in the convenience of your home or office before your first appointment.

    If for whatever reason you are not able to fill out the forms, please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill them out at our office.

  • We are an in-network provider for Independence Blue Cross, Aetna, Highmark, and BCBS of PA. If you have acupuncture benefits in your insurance plan, you are covered with us!

    It is important that you contact your provider to discover what types of alternative therapies they cover and how many visits are allowed per year under your policy. We will be glad to assist you in checking if you have acupuncture benefits under your policy as well as the terms and conditions. The information we will need from you to inquire on your behalf are the following:

    • First and Last Name

    • Copy of your insurance card (front and back)

    • DOB (Date of birth)


    For any other insurance company, we will provide you with the necessary forms for reimbursement.
